Visiting your loved one

Visitors are part of healing, and we welcome them — balanced with patients' need for rest and infection safety. Please confirm current visiting hours at the reception or by calling 0233-2324834, as timings can change based on the clinical situation.

Simple rules that protect patients

Please do not visit if you have a fever, cold or cough. Wash or sanitise hands before and after visiting. Keep visits short and quiet, limit the number of visitors at a time, and avoid bringing young children into patient areas where possible. Flowers and outside food may be restricted in certain areas — please check with the nursing staff.

For attendants staying with the patient

One attendant can generally stay with the patient. The nursing team will guide you on what is provided and what to bring. Attendants are welcome to attend discharge counselling so that home-care instructions are understood by the person who will actually help the patient.
